Kaido =/= Oda. This has been made clear.

Blackbeard literally waited 30 years for 1 DF and murdered his crewmate for it.

Doflamingo would have become "King of the World" with OP OP no Mi at Mariejois

WG has tried to retrieve Gomu Gomu for 800 years.
Doflamingo lol.

1. Blackbeard can use two fruits.

2. We don't know if gomu gomu > Roger.

the flames doesn't have to be on his back.
king has to manually place the flames in the areas he wants to protect.
he coated his wings vs tatsumaki/the half of his face vs shishi sonson

simply put: king can't use his flames at all when he enters speed mode.
but when his flames are out he loses the speed bonus and gains durability.
that's why he wasn't able to dodge zoro's last attack.

at the end of the fight he was using his flames on his hardened sword and used it to block zoro's attack, but failed.
He might be onto something, if the fire adds durability to the sword that was already coated with CoA...:crazwhat:

where was this said again

He brings Roger up as an example of his point, "ability" isn't the key to conquest, but haki, "it surpasses all"
Follow by his new attack
This is really good, it fits with the notion that Luffy will actually have to rely on his spirit (conqueror's haki) to defeat Kaido. With that being the main thing instead of his fruit.

With this line now I think it's looking good for other conqueror's haki users like Zoro not being done for the arc.

lol sure
he used his blade, doesn't mean swordsmanship is why he was so exceptional . its his willpower
Wtf now will power isn't part of swordsmanship either

Lmaoo so Zoro can not only not use his CoC against Mihawk, he also can't use his unbreakable will to defy even death (although he already did in his first fight)

This chapter has literally broke niggaasss🤣🤣🤣🤣😂🤣🤣

Peroroncino

"So? That means that he sees no swordsman in current history capable of taking him down. Including Shanks."

and why should I regard that highly
kaido thinks no one is capable of taking him down
when clearly someone is slowly getting to that level right before his eyes.

"He had the greatest title; being the King of the Pirates. After all, he wasn't called world's strongest man either despite he was Whitebeard's benchmark and his equal in strength."

yeah I know........

"Of course it does. But what does will power even mean in the first place? The power to endure more, pull through, hit harder?
you are getting there
you got to see exactly why ones willpower determines a lot in a fight once adv coc came into the fold

Will power alone is not enough if you lack strength. Will power might as well be what gives you strength and contributes to your power level.

its almost like one's haki makes them strong. I know right?

"But what Roger achieved combat wise, he did through his blade"

lol sure
he used his blade, doesn't mean swordsmanship is why he was so exceptional . its his willpower.
doesn't haki translates to willpower or spirit?

try reading again
i think you are arguing with the idea of what you think I said
not what i said.

getting so defensive over zoro in a comment that addresses just roger is also a bit weird.
