That berserker form is Kaido's awakened form
He taps into that form whenever he's performing his best moves whether drunk or sober.
His eyebrows, body and teeth change drastically too
Same way Luffy's body changes with eyebrow looking different.
People should realise that Luffy's df is special, his full zoan form is g5 which is his awakened form where he turns into nika

And slashing attacks to the point that despite not using hardening or barrier passively and taking several arm bisecting strikes directly he only took minor cutting damage and moved on to the next panel with no issues.
There is a difference between taking ZERO damage and taking a small amount of damage.

Oda literally is just repeating the same thing over and over…
Chapter already starts with 2 pages wasted on a flashback we already know and saw many times.
We see people in the Flower Capital STILL celebrating carelessly for the sixth or seventh damn time and Onigashima is still stuck in the air without any progress or clear movement…
Another page wasted on a plot point nobody wants or cares about… Orochi once again survives another death and goes to attack Hiyori… this could have ended last time but no Oda had to drag it further so he can (obviously) shoehorn Denjiro to come save her at the end.
Luffy vs Kaido is still the same with both hitting each other many times ferociously and just tanking it to no avail. Oda even repeated the Giant Luffy double spread from previous chapter but with a giant fist instead.
Literally. Just tell me. What. Was. New. This. Chapter.

in the next chapters:
- momo moves onigashima (this chapter is the set up)
- kaido falls in flower capital
here we have two possibilities:
- kaido tanks the attack and the last stage of the fight takes place in flower capital
- kaido is defeated but will recover soon enough to use the last wisdom kings attack in another situation (is it a suicidal attack maybe?)
