this aint the time to start making conspiracy theories folks. fact is china failed to contain it and allowed basically everyone else to come in contact with it. what a fucked situation. the doctor and whistleblower who called it out a month before it blew over was silenced. if you want to blame anyone , its the incompetence of leaders everywhere who failed to act right away. that doctor is late now.

It can be created but UN convention have banned any research on bioweapons.
Though i would agree some of the countries like Russia , syria induldge in biowarfares.So far i found no evidence China work on biowarfares to spread disease international community have delegates that keeps tab on it.People will figure it out easily and NATO catch them like a dog.

Its hard to get a job as bioengineer eitherway there are not many institute who wants to work on to alter genetic of viral diseases. Shit that's the reason i switched to Programming for my minors.

UN is useless and noone takes it serious , especially strong countries.. So it doesnt mean what UN agreed is absolute.Evrything in world developed by time and smallpox infected blunkets stayed in past ? Bio wars will rule the future to shape world towards one direction. Some say natural , some say lab based .
Lol NATO or any organisation isnt pure in this world. Been in conflicts etc my whole life due to army. Dont know how to develop weapons but know how to use it , how things work at field and how people are easily manipulated. in this world without opposite side there wont be ur side. But when its comes to science and scientists many people think like they are pure and working for all humanity. There have people in them who is also siding with something . in the end without them , wars wouldnt be like this technological and destructive.Bio war isnt an exception. At least should be considered as possibility rather than throwing to bin. When its comes to tactical operations there is nothing better than viruses bec of they dont have any sign or national point about developer. And have more impact than anything for human psychology as u are witnessing rn.

In my opinion, people need to chill the fuck out with their hysteria. Where I live (town with 85.000 inhabitants), after 2 cases were officially confirmed (with contact-chains well tracked by health authorities) , people went nuts and did hamster-purchases, shelves of noodles, rice, flour and conserves were emptied. Same with hand desinfection and mouth-nose-masks (which don't even block the virus aerosols entirely), now causing medical offices trouble to get their hands on these.
Bet all these people freaking out aren't even vaccined against regular Influenza, which is much likelier to get and deadly as well. I partly blame media coverage for this, which is just over the top with this corona case - yesterday in my Spiegel (german newspaper) newsfeed, 10/13 articles were about corona, mostly stating the same, just covering slightly new aspects (there was one called "Corona - how do rich people react?", like lol, stfu). This cow is melked 'til dryness since they know people will suck up this topic like sponges.
