Still my thoughts are rather against joy but I know from where comes the thoughts against Ekko too. He sounds like a automat pointing gun that when is the occasion he shots. Someone say something unclear? one shot, some fast guesses? next 3 shots, he spots someone active? again next shots.
I've met that kind of an Ekko as a town and as a scum so it is hard for me to say rather is he a scum or not because of that. Tho the mix of personas given while some games makes it even harder to read is it really like that or not.
