With a punch? I doubt it

He learned basics of haki from Rayleigh, it's not that big leap for him. Haki bloom during hard battle and Luffy progressed much more against Doffy, Kata and Kaido fight in relatively short time span.
Being trained by top tier doesn't make you exponentially improve, fighting them does. We don't know any fight that Coby was involved in. On the other side Hancock have all three types of haki and broken DF.

There are the attacks and abilities that are legit on the island level:
- Kaido 100% levitating an island, he makes the entire island fly.
- Luffy with a punch capable of destroying an island 100%, he will literally destroy the island, the island will no longer be usable.

And then there are the fraudulent attacks that people think are literally island wreckers.

- WB with his island-shattering punch that split 30% of the island, the island that remained fully usable after that. How is dividing 30% of an island comparable to the total destruction of one?

I'm not saying that WB isn't capable of destroying an island completely, I even argue that he was being barred and it wouldn't make sense for him to sink MF while his subordinates were on the island, but his feat before death doesn't deserve to be compared to other two above.
