Imo it's an high diff. Not down to mid diff, not extreme either.

Kaido had (and is having) an extremely impressive showing but if Oda ever decided to draw a full fight with say Roger, the guy would showcase stuff completely out of this world, feats that match his story portrayal.
We don't have much for Roger in terms of feats (aside from a love tap to Oden and a friendly match with WB). In portrayal, he is clealry above Kaido.

Every sort which you can't afford. Zoro literally now made for kaido. He is a fuckin fire dragon now. Zoro has Firefox style his one of the power up. Adv coc , ashura and who knows what will Grim reaper plot may end up giving him. Ashura was able to scar kaido. Used with Firefox style and better adv coc control. It's like oda setted up kaido for this.
