Thats not the way. I mean, Lyffy can win this fight for sure. But then, Kaido with crazy regens ability will stand again and want to destroy capital city.
And than Zoro enter the scene and fight Kaido and finally chop his head.

BM is better & stronger than Kaido but has mentality stage of a child

I think BM being stronger than Kaidou is not true at all. BM has so much smaller Skysplitter CoC capacity than Kaidou so that she couldnt even use it in the climax of her battle vs Law-Kidd. While Kaidou used it nonstop since the start of the war, facing 10++ YCs, and didnt go serioys until he fought Skysplitter Luffy for the span of even more additional hours since 1010. Kaidou's CoC is so much higher than BM. Maybe BM has better physical durability, more difficult to wound etc? Maybe. But endurance? Again Kaidou's endurance is astronomically higher than anyone in the manga currently. Regarding Devil Fruit competence, maybe theyre similar in that sense, but other stats Kaidou is significantly higher imo.

It went for mid, to possibly great to almost nothing got resolved.

The only thing that actually happened is Orochi's beheading.

Momo still a little bitch that has not done anything with the clouds, and the clash continues. Not even the silhouettes were revealed.

It’s not, aCoC can be applied like regular COA, ie. Yamato
The no touch is an application of barrier haki with CoC, and the stronger the CoC the more prominent the shockwave or something
