Also, a lot of the Wano citizens - or those who're able to use Haki - have the exact form of Flowing Haki. They call it "Haki" because that's everything what they know of. However, their description of Haki cannot be obviously used international. You cannot apply their definitions onto the world since people like Bellamy wouldn't even fulfill the conditions for their Haki what they know of or at best, Bellamy is just partly capable of using a fraction of the skillset.

As I said, Ryuo itself is logically advanced, there is no way around. The samurai uses a form of Haki which is more advanced than the average Haki user named Bellamy, Pica, Ulti, Opera Brothers and so on.

Internal destruction is just a level above the advanced stuff, it's the rarest stuff when it comes to COA. Doesn't mean Ryuo isn't advanced in general.

Luffy is weak to slash/piercing, G5 and CoA/CoC coating got slashed by no haki wind blades, the same thing that Zoro causally deflected.
