That was the plan kinda. I want to be causios with this ability because I can basically get rid of town protective abilities this way. And it kinda supports idea there are multiple of them. Unless technically there's scum doctor.

I think Charles is probably good. All of his bread crumbs have tracked, and the way he’s rolled out his claim doesn’t look like the way a harmful indie probably rolls things out imo.

For him to be scum with Melkor they'd have to be claiming that to save Melkor. However he claimed swapping Charlie and Melkor, which means they'd have to know Charlie's target first. In which case, no need to even claim Charlie in the results.

There is an angle where it was designed to give the claim credit, but... unlikely.
