Dude Marco can't damage a admiral to say it would be high diff. Marco is a extremely good at stalling because he heals. Nobody can easily put Marco down unless you are alot stronger than him and have a way to cancel his regen which only 1 character in the series so far can do. Marco the second he regen wears out is going down quickly to a admiral and the fight would be overall mid diff. Ben Beckman is ahead of Marco the guy is comparable to shanks which Marco isn't.
Sanji isn't much stronger than jinbe and no he wasn't around jinbe without his pu. Without his power Sanji was vet level with the likes of vergo and p1. But getting his exoskeleton and IJ gave him a massive boost past jinbe. Right now jinbe is a high diff fight for Sanji.

Well it’s mostly because oda decided to pair jinbe with Franky and Robin. And yeah I think saying they get low diffed is incredibly fair.
Remember the gap between Sanji and Franky was over 4 times the power pre timeskip. Oda always has the monster trio much much stronger than the next strongest which is what happened here.

Dude the point is there isn't a commander trio for the sh's as they aren't trying to copy a yonko crew. And wano isn't all about the sh's there were characters that had a bigger grudge against Jack than jinbe. It'd make no sense for jinbe to fight Jack than inu or neko for example who's country he destroyed and Jack tortured them and the citizens. Jinbe has been treated like a big deal ever since he was introduced to the story he's part of the upper echelon of the sh's. Sanji isn't that much stronger than jinbe idk why people like to act like jinbe is some fodder for the M3. Jinbe a former warlord, leader of a past good crew the sun pirates, known as a strong pirate throughout the world, and has feats with portrayals that put him in the commander tier is somehow absurd to be in the upper half of the sh's? No other sh's but the M3 have anything close to match jinbe's resume. You are reading a different story or have some crazy agenda either way you are absurd. Story > your bias
Jimbei teamed up with Sanji in the Fishman Island match-ups.
Keep in mind Zoro, Sanji, and Jimbei's fights had the versus title box in the same chapter.
Usopp, Chopper, Franky, and Brook's versus title box was in the next chapter.
Jimbei stood at the forefront with Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji in this group shot.

I can't fathom how match-ups matter to you when determining Jimbei's power level but suddenly don't when you want to whiteknight the contradictions of Chopper being in the weak trio (who got the stronger opponent over Franky in Enies Lobby).
Let's not forget Burgess (who had the best portrayal among Blackbeard's initial members and is portrayed as one of his top men) blatantly mirrors Jimbei.

How does this translate to Ussop being yonko commander level? He can be a brave warrior of the sea with being a top tier. To expect Ussop to get that strong is absurd. Yes he will be relevant. Yes he will get a big arc in Elbaf. But he's never going to be grouped with Zoro and Sanji in terms of strength.
