One thing that didn’t make sense to me is Cooler was Walder Frey who was not directly in chat with the other mafia members and acted quite like an independent so how was he sent to do the faction kill?

I didn't even think about the Faction Kill idea until Ekko pointed out. I was thinking they somehow gifted him temperory ability, but alas it fit best.

Anyhow Red can send message to Walder Frey every night, are you feigning ignorance on purpose here that they couldn't work together?
