The funny thing is that Sanji stuff sort of raised my opinion of the episode despite it being filler. It was more solid than the stuff in the first half which dragged a bit, and I think it contributed to the second half on the rooftop being significantly better paced.

The ep was alright. Rooftop fights animation wasn't great but wasn't bad either. The Sanji and BM part got better animation surprisingly and the only part that I didn't skipped tbh.

The characters speak as if they were 5 year olds learning syllables, even the characters' speeches are delayed, they release syllables little by little until they form a word. To watch One Piece anime properly you have to increase the playback speed as it is so slow.
