What does WB, Katakuri, Hancock, Ace, Yamato, etc....what do they wanna conquer ?
Absoutely nothing. You either born with CoC and its a matter of time till you unlock it. Or you are not born with CoC. Your Ambitions arent decided at birth.

WB likely had some ambition like that in the past
Katakuri wanted to rise above others so that he could be a father figure to his family
Hancock's from a culture of warrior women so therefore she needs to rise above the others to be the leader
Ace wanted to be the pirate king
As for Yamato, imo there's a lot to her we aren't seeing yet

If you look at one of the theme of this arc, being a Conqueror, Sanji will probably get it eventually. The Rocks crew had 4 people with CoC but Rocks couldn't control them and they tried killing each other. Kaido/Wb fears having alot of them on their crew. The difference woth Luffy is he will suceed where the Rocks failed. He going to have multiple CoC and still be at the top because of his leadership style and how he chooses people to join his crew.
He doesn't have the will to oppose and beat another conqueror such as big mom. He doesn't display desire to beat other conquerors in any form. He chose to serve others rather than rule them. Essentially, if it came down between giving up his ambition or fighting to win it all in order to save his allies, he'd do the former.
He was in the Rocks. You need more proof than that?
Reread his fight with Luffy then. Katakuri's whole deal is that he built up a "strong man" facade so that his family could have someone to look up to

WB protected his family against everything the new world had to offer, Sanji couldn't even trust himself/his captain to stop big mom. Katakuri is very similar, he never lost. Hancock rules an island, Ace's will to refuse his father's powerful legacy and live his own way. Yamato's mostly tbc but to have Kaido as your father and fight him since childhood must require a strong will.

It's an ambition but it's not an ambition that would require him to rise above others. Finding a sea isn't competitive

Sanji may not want to be some WSS or King of the Pirates, but he does have the desire to stand above others and to more importantly, stand in front of others to protect what he loves.
It’s the same ideals of Whitebeard/Oden/Katakuri who are CoC users as well.

How is that remotely similar ? Protecting your crew and not trusting them....is 2 completely diffrent thing. And Sanji was right....Meme wouldve analiated Luffy in WCI.
