Doffy's past (with his parents and Rosinante) in itself was maybe 10-15 pages at most. He had lot of presence in Law flashback because he was the arc villain.
Longest flashback a villain had was Big Mom, around 2 chapters I think

Yup and if we want to count presence in others flashback we can easily use Oden’s and Yamato’s flashback to add to Kaido’s count
