I don't see any other way for the samurai if they don't claim a death for Kaido, now he's defeated in the hole, but assuming he doesn't react and is captured, nothing is more natural than the people who are tormented by the misfortune that befell them. the Oden that was executed, wanting Kaido to be too, isn't it?
Zoro at the beginning of the arc was labeled as an assassin and they were already going to execute him, why wouldn't they execute Kaido? Oden was executed, shouldn't the people want an "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth"?
Kaido's chances of being executed are high, in my opinion.

I think kaido made the connection with the character who defeats him and joyboy
cause oden predicted someone strong enough to take him down would appear in the future
and wano should open their borders to be prepared for that figure(joyboy) .
I dont think everyone who could have beat him in the past (roger ) included is a joyboy candidate

Will all the Zorohaters who say he won't come back because he's facing death right now admit that Luffy won't finish Kaido when he goes on a rampage because he's exhausted now, or this doesn't fit their agenda?
2. kaido isnt going to go on a rampage if he has been defeated. try and actually read the chapter.
Not really an infinite tank. He can take more damage for sure, especially from blunt objects or hits.
But think about some of his future potential opponents:
- If he fights Kizaru, he's primarily a physical fighter that moves a lightspeed and creates lasers. Luffy still hasnt mastered FS yet, so that could be a problem.
- If he fights Akainu, G5 isn't directly tanking his devil fruit if he gets hit without CoC coating.
- If he fights Shanks, he has a sword. Different from Kaido's Kanabo. He still gets cut as evidenced by 1047 where Kaido launches wind scythes at him.
- If he fights Blackbeard, his powers can be fully negated with Yami Yami
And who knows what Im could have if anything. Id imagine something horribly broken if they are a fighter.
