Short summary.
3 possible wagons prior to now were/are Ratchet, Phoenix and Tobi.
Ratchet - other than what you already read (Indigo stuff) he claimed Cop, girl from Rogue One. Some people disliked that saying he's not playing like cop would and things like that.
Phoenix - mostly what you already read. Claimed Mace Windu, roleblocker basically.
Tobi - saw Ratchet's claim, voted him and left without explanation. Some people are defending him saying scum wouldn't risk getting this much exposure. And that he coasts a lot. I've been asking him for any input for like a day and got none.

I think Ratchet the type of dude to claim cop just for the real cop to counter claim it and then have mafia kill or perma block that cop.

So if he fails to provide results or doesnt get harmed by mafia the dude is legit scum.
