For those who don't know and are still wondering, there's NOT going to be a chapter this week. This time officially. SIU published a comment on his blogpost regarding this matter yesterday.

Basically, and from what one can understand using Google Translate, he couldn't finish the chapter on time due to his condition deteriorating for personal reasons. Most important, it seems to be a one week break, meaning that baring any sudden surprises, we should in theory have a chapter this week.

In theory, we should. That being said, SIU's condition at this point in time seems extremely far from being optimal, so I wouldn't be surprised if something new comes out. Let's hope everything goes as well as it can go.
