i parity blocked him and tobi n1

block works if both players are same alignment

fooj didnt seem to be blocked. well, he claims abstaining all together... unverifiable

Well we dont know what happens when the bounty is fulfilled and if its a kill then it doesnt seem to be guaranteed as opposed to vig and mafia kills (unless they hit protection ofc) so I maintain that mafia is probably 5.
