If OP was a more serious manga King alone would be killed by Zoro, and yes wouldn't mind if Zoro beheaded Kaido either.

Yes most of em do though especially the lesser known mangaka that basically have to draw for a living. Not everyone has the luxury to be having made enough money like Oda, Togashi etc to rest and come back whenever they're ready too.

I never said drawing is easy, it ain't but let's not pretend like severe back issues concern Togashi only.
