He had plenty of other villains where they did fucked up shit, Kaido is no different from them in villainy, not sure if Luffy would be killing someone, best I see the Bajrang Gun beats him, he sort of remains like Kata unable to fight back but either offs himself (by erupting himself from that ground) or like those theories of the magma from underneath Wano erupting and releasing seastone material which again would kill Kaido, and would be seeing seastone forming in Wano from a volcano
