I remember Vivre card mentioning he is not affected by a smile or something like that....and I remember feeling that it was a very good addition to his character that he was pretending to smile this whole time even when he was dying...and now...it feels less underwhelming that he is smiling because of smile only...doesn't matter how he ate it.
