by the way Kaido said Awakening is what happens when your body and mind catch up to your powers? anyone think that Kaido's mind and body are not top? he has the strongest body , one of the best haki on the verse and his mind is top too. i would not be surprise if he awakened his DF the moment he ate it. since he was a monster from the get go. by the way that applies for BM as well.

His body is strong but he and big moms minds are weak.

Kaido is mentally weakened because his loss to Oden traumatized him literally making him want to kill himself.
