We've been in this arc for longer than some people have been in college and there's quite literally a 0% chance that Elbaf ends up being a 4 year long arc like Wano was.
To make first clear, my post legit was a question in terms how the next arcs play out since im worried myself because of the wano arc.
4year for a single arc are very long, in case FMAB took 64episodes to explain the whole story of the anime.
Wano been long is not the only problem in my opinion, the most key been that Oda didn´t really plan out the events, even during Act2 you feelt that the plot wasn´t really good(as example BM and her Udon plot). Overall yes Wano had good moments, but also lot of negative moments.
I hope Elbaf will be whole different in terms of writing, in case im like you for Elbaf, but to be honest the fear of wano will always stay now, since wano is really the first arc of Oda, the first arc which I as long reader(reading since Water seven-Ennies Lobby), feel that Oda kinda messed it up with a arc. Wano cast was such to big and the play out of different characters wasn´t given as you see that we didn´t see anyhting about Kid and Law crew or a background story for the villians, the beast pirates.
I just want to hear you opinion, no attack to your opinion or something, I was just interested in how you see things and you give a good answer. Overall we both agree and wish a good elbaf arc for the future. I just hope Oda will learn of the mistake of wano(with I doubt).
