3) It may sound like a broken record, but this still doesn't feel like the end of an arc at all (let alone such an important one). It really feels more like there is a massive bomb going to drop in the next few chapters

100% agree with you.

If you think about Oda's writing style, it probably is over.

If you read the arc without thinking about Oda as the writer, you "feel" that it absolutely shouldn't end in such an anticlimatic way though.

That's what I should've said ;-)
