the crazy thing is like ive heard like 90 percent of the time people refer to yamato in japanese they use gender neutral pronouns. i think the only people who have explicitly used male words for yamato are kaido saying musuko/son and yamato when shes saying shes oden.

The newest crewmembers kingly ambition... what's the big deal, you haven't seen luffy or zoro change their mind about their goals. Yamato respected oden so much that she wants to live the same way he did, and get to leave wano and see the world with the king of the pirates like oden did. I don't see the problem...
