Hardly.
Time Skip happened because Luffy came from 2 losses. Sabaody and Marineford. On those, he and the crew were heavily outmatched.
No such thing here. They literally took down 2 Yonkos.

It's really because Oda spent too much time in Wano. Not even himself could believe how long this arc took.
He really, REALLY needs to revise what he had planned otherwise he won't be able to finish the story.
So he probably will just cut some stuff. He needs to plan what to cut and how to do it, etc.

Agreed. Shanks' reunion with Luffy is probably the only thing that could make it a major arc.

Because Yonko can refer to any number of them. It is a title, and they use yonko throughout one piece to refer to the 4 as a collective and also to refer to them individually or as a group of 2

there's no reason for them to rush out of Wano in 1053

then i could see Oda rushing the Straw Hats leaving and them postponing the party to after saving them, which could end up being the final party of the series

When Luffy started the alliance with Law, he said he wanted to fight Shanks "last", so to me that made it sound like they plan to fight all the Yonkos in one saga.
