I had reasoning for most ppl and promised to have for all within 24hours as I'm catching up. Adam's is basically done at this point. I changed my mind about TAC. If having names without reasoning was such a big issue for you then there are plenty others who's posted way more than I have but have nothing close to 1 good read so far. Seems like quite the nitpick and double standard.

Ratchet is highly unpredictable. He might be initially showing himself as town friendly to get amps but I don't think we should trust him with town resources.
