All of act 3 seemed fairly rushed, not just the ending. Every single time a fight ended the community asked “is that it?” No one believed Black Maria, no one believed Who’s Who was down, etc, etc, etc no one believed Kaido was down.

Act 3 is a massive mess.

And it’s really bizzare too because Act 1 is probably the strongest start to an arc in the entire series.

Plenty of people thought that Black Maria and WsW finishers were fitting lol the hell are you smoking, my friend

Not sure how you can look at Kaido’s flashback and not immediately think “rushed.”

To me the biggest rushed flags are:

Kaido's flashback
Zunesha coming and going doing nothing
Zoro's lineage hints in act 1 and 2, but no payoff at all

Id bet the reason why didnt see the rest of the acts is because Wano arc is not finished and will continue in the next arcs. This will also be the same reason why it seems the conclusion is a bit rush, because its not really the ending for wano arc.

"we had like 70 chapters, that's not rushing"

for them numbers are more important than what was actually shown in those chapters

The problem is that it’s simultaneously rushed and dragged out. For every 3 Tama chapters (dragged out) we get half a page of Kaido flashback (rushed).

Maybe it'll be the same for zoro with it getting better in retrospect the more time and new info passes

I think Zoro will get more in Wano 2.0 in the final war but it’s a massive fumble from Oda rn
