Theory Teach is the moon god

Over and over, we have been told that Teach has an abnormal body. But how did he get such a body?

Teach seems to have extraordinary strength and stamina, with him nearly breaking Ace's neck with a punch and being able to survive attacks from WB, despite the yami yami no mi increasing the amount of pain he took. He also doesn't sleep. This supernatural body has also been implied to be linked to Teach's ability to have multiple DFs. I think marco made some sort of statement on that in marineford.

So what is the source of Teach's unusual body? Is he a freak of nature like Big Mom? Is he genetically modified like Sanji? Or could it be something else entirely?

I'm off the belief that like Luffy, Teach has a mythical hito hito no mi zoan and that his zoan is the opposite of Luffy's. Whereas Luffy is the sun god, Teach has the DF of the moon god. This is a hidden third DF that Teach has likely had since childhood, as it was said that he doesn't sleep back when he fought Shanks and Buggy.

Whereas Luffy's DF makes him joyful, I think Teach's makes him sad and crazy. Whereas Luffy is the warrior of liberation, Teach is the warrior of subjugation.

No, sun and moon are basically opposites , as shown in blackbeard introduction everything that luffy likes he hates and vice versa , both represent their take on freedom , luffy fights fairly while blackbeard fights dirty.
You need to get out of ur delusion bubble that zoro is the moon because he is not, he got 0 connection , 0 mentions in the story.

Y'all look at the sun and moon being basically enemies yet you don't realize they are so similar even tho they are not the same. Both are very important. And from Oda's point of view, they actually work together and exceed at doing so. Zoro is basically Luffy's moon. But beyond that, Benn is confirmed as Shanks' moon. And thus, from Oda's point of view, the sun and the moon aren't enemies but partners. If you don't believe me, argue with Oda lol.

With luff being a zoan, it is highly likely that bb's darkness fruit is another hax zoan fruit disguised as darkness-logia, which is probably just a sidepower. When he awakens his fruit, his real power will be shown.
