Let me be honest. Carrot's whole character in wano was around avenging Pedro and she was not able to fulfil that wish by herself. After that her panel time kept reducing and now she is like any side character, we saw no interaction of her with SHs in this chapter as well. She is just hitchhiking the SHs without any proper permission. Of course none of the SHs would mind but if she wants to join she should ask them to join.

For Yamato she had everything going on for her which confirms her joining.

We should all accept that at some point Oda scrapped carrot's chances of joining and made a better character in Yamato to join
