Their crews are garbage and individually they can't compete with Luffy, like you said.

Maybe because they didnt went to sleep for 7 days, and could potentially fight another 4.5b pirate the next day, endurance is a good thing in one piece.
But yeah they dont deserve a bounty close to luffy, their crew is trash, and Luffy accomplished more in nw than both of them combined.

It's official, you can no longer use bounties to determine a character's strength or even threat level. There's no way anyone can say Kid and Law are an equal threat to the world government as Luffy who has the devil fruit they have been chasing for 800 years, is an Yonko and beat one in a 1v1 battle.
