We don't know if it constantly drained stamina though. He shared his flames once and then stated that the individuals stamina determines how fast the disease will spread. He essentially was buying time for Chopper to come up with the cure.

King and Queen are no joke, both Zoro and Sanji had trouble defeating those two and in a 1v2 it was even more difficult to fight them.

Greenbull defeating those two in a 1v2 is super impressive imo.
