In MF the admirals weren't going all out, none of them used their awakenings because they were trying to protect the island, if they used all their strength then they would've made it an even bigger mess than punk hazard

We saw how much of a power boost df awakenings are, so the admirals could very well be that strong

I don't think GB is going all out here too...but the fact remains that the commanders were used to stall Admirals.

No they weren't, in Marine Ford WB commanders were shown stalling an Admiral...with Marco and Jozu...if What GB did here was done by each of the Admiral in MF....things would have been far more easier for Navy in the war.
