This isn’t even the first time Shanks fans have lied about a translation, they are notorious for straight up lying about translations to make their religious idol seem cooler than he actually is lol.
When that one magazine said “Shanks can even fight on Admiral level,” Artur intentionally mistranslated this to “Shanks can easily fight on Admiral level”.
When another magazine said that Shanks had advanced versions of all three types of Haki, Shanks fans also purposefully mistranslated this statement to “Shanks has advanced versions of all three Haki types, even advanced CoO just like Katakuri” lol.
Shanks fans also invented the rumor that Shanks did not get weaker when he lost his arm, out of literal thin-air, and this rumor still spreads around to this day. Lol
So yeah, all Yonko fans are liars but Shanks fans are the worst of them. You will never meet a more dishonest and desperate group of individuals.

It's true he can easily fight at admiral level since he is already at that level.
And if he had a advanced haki of all three types then it's not weird to speculate he has Kata's haki.
This isn't as bad a some Mihawk translator purposefully mistranslating Garps yonko intro to remove the very clear connotation that Shanks was a new yonko. All to push the agenda that Mihawk was dueling a yonko Shanks
