No. If block and create are under one ability, it's one ability. It just works in two different ways, then. But then it doesn't lock an ability, it just locks one aspect of your ability. Understand?

Okay, I can lock myself in a certain place and work on something. By doing so it lets me dodge stuff. However after using this ability it will lock my 2nd ability which I will not mention the next cycle. And If I use this ability again It will keep my 2nd ability locked.

Fuji’s first claim does match perfectly with what he’s saying now.

It’s just weird Light wasn’t straight forward and very clearly early on.
