But why are characters that are twins not masons? Or have the chance to become masons, or even abilities that revolve around each other in some way.

Is there something flavor wise that makes this make more sense?

I mean, I thought Nika and you were that at first, so I don't see why they wouldn't be Masons. I'm pretty sure one of them is fake anyway.
