Does not matter. Yamato was in base form and didn't use ACOC. Even so, he put Ulti to sleep. Maser Canon is a piercing technique, it caused an explosion behind Ulti, on any character it would be the same, its argumentation is so rotten that it doesn't even take into consideration how x technique works and just pushes agenda.

Kaido was fighting to kill, as told by Yamato himself, by Kaido, as exposed in Kaido's frightening face. But you take into account delayed speech and the worst one.

With the admirals, you try to pass cloth and make excuses. Like Sengoku, not even being able to stop Luffy from saving Ace, having the possibility of Ace fleeing and the navy losing the war. Inconsistencies happen in One Piece, and they shouldn't be taken into account.
