Why Ultra?

Because of what Emi said and the amount of posts he made in the beginning of the DP. It contrasts with the lesser disengagement from earlier DPs which scum tend to do when they're near victory. I've seen it before.

You hadn’t done so yet and I made mention of it, but Light has already locked him as scum so it is weird to try to sell your reasoning to locked scum to me here.

If Blue is scum what color is he supposed to be?

All I know is that Blue has given as little fucks as someone can possibly give in the current gamestate and based on his behavior I can't possibly take him off the table. He's been hard coasting and giving the bare minimum reasoning, if at all, for anything he's done, and rode off Light to try and have me quickhammered earlier. In comparison, XLaw looks like a saint.

Blue, there comes a time where I have to stop extending you charity for sitting on your ass and trying to have me lynched twice in a row without any prior engagement or addressing anything about my play or claims.

These are points in his favor towards a lack of equity, but considering his behavior I'm not going to categorically rule XLaw as scum - that's all.
