Their revenue is attention and egoboosting
If there was actually money involved when it comes to who leaks first (like e.g. a leaker posting spoilers on his personal website, showing ads there and getting revenue this way), then we would get our spoilers on Sundays or earlier each week, and not on Tuesdays

I have AdBlock on but I'm sure TCB scans runs ads or has trackers selling user data on their website, that's why they always want to be the first ones to have the full chapter up, since they probably pay leakers for the scans, and hope to make a profit via ad revenue
