Yeah that’s a big L honestly but not all hax can automatically be countered by haki. Oda can choose what is countered by haki like Law’s shambles (because this instantly beats df users). Bonney’s hax might not work the same way, an example is Sugar. We don’t know if powerful haki grants immunity to her df

2. Oda confirmed TB in act 1 was coated on CoC. It’s an adCoC technique. it makes no sense for Yamato to use it and not have adCoC, at that point it would be a different technique
