He really isn't.

Luffy matched/beat Katakuri with a single powerup/transformation.
Instead of that powerup, Luffy had Law use his ultimate technique on Doffy.

I think Kata is the stronger character, but that doesn't change the fact that Doffy is closer to Kata than to the likes of Cracker.

Except there is, we’ve seen characters wearing sea stone cuffs and their depiction (shoulders, arms, etc) does not match King and Queen’s. Their arms should be in front of their chests.

And Aramaki litterally says “I warned you not to try me.”

I don’t think King and Queen would be retarded enough to attack him if they were cuffed.

And the context implies Queen was drinking
