Chopper is probably the only SH that hasnt shown any type of PL progression.

No strength training in the timeskip. No haki training. No new uses of his DF since Ennies Lobby. At best he only control of MP which isnt even that strong or shown to be useful.

Hes basically pre timeskip Chopper but he can control MP for longer periods of time. Oh yh and he lost freaking Arm Point.

We all shouldve seen this coming when Chopper came out the TS looking like hes 4.

He's still the only strawhat outside the monster trio to fight directly with a commander and a yonko. Put some respect on my boy's name. Usopp is worse than Chopper

- Whitebeard was sick when he fought an admiral. Even though WB was consistently labeled as the strongest man in the world in the manga and the databook DURING his bout.

- Big Mom wasn't her self when she went on a rampage due to her hunger. Even though her hunger issues/weakness is innately...well her.

- Big Mom blacked out because of amnesia/getting her noggin rocked by a YC2. Even though, again, that is how she reacts to certain damages.

- Big Mom was goofed on by characters like Franky, Brook, Jinbei, Nico, etc... WELL... IT'S GAG ANYWAY! Even though she was consistently shown to be a weak ass; she tried to attack Luffy with a named technique when fully fed and she still missed. I guess gag too, right?

The list goes on.

Speak english. Sickbeard was strong but still weaker and slower than how he was in his prime plus he was literally having heart attacks. And Akainu fighting him is a blessing and a curse for akainu fans since on one side he did manage to severely injure sickbeard, but that's not an extreme feat, and on the other side he got rocked by an old ( albeit quite strong ) dude having heart attacks, and probably would have died had he taken one or two more hits.

When did he fight against a Yonko ?

He did nothing to Queen as well. He was his littlr chew toy. I admit he did better than Usopp. But Usopp atleast had all of DR, and unlocked haki.

Post timeskip Chopper is done the worst.

Oh, and about Big Mom, she literally got jumped and got her organs roasted and electrocuted and a laser pierced her stomach, and despite all these attempts she still was able to try and heal and call her homies, so she had to literally be removed from the battle field because she's a giant fucking damage sponge and can heal from practically any attack that doesn't erase her whole body or something. Her getting held off by people or distracted doesn't matter when she mostly tanks and recovers from the hits she takes. Big Mom's problem is, and was never, her strength or smarts. It was her cockiness and decision that she doesn't need to immediately try against her opponents until it's too late.

It was never set in stone that only the Navy and SSG will be the fighters. All admirals most likely goes to the SHs and Fuji likely defects against the WG too. All the remaining fighters such as supernovas, revolutionaries and straw hat allies won’t be dealing with just SSG+VAs lol
So the WG likely has another faction of strong fighters. Most likely CDs too, we only have seen the fodder CDs. That doesn’t mean there aren’t strong individuals there
