The vibe I’m getting from this and the last two chapters is Yonko > admiral > commander, not Yonko = admiral > commander.
Shanks knocks out Momonga with his CoC. Kizaru is sweating to see Shanks. Both Kizaru and Fujitora decide to retreat after seeing Shanks' Haki (partly because their fight will cause damage to civilians.)
Nah, Film Z was fking GOATed, Kuzan and Borsalino had extremely fantastic roles and scenes, story was decent and Z’s characterization was well-done. Admiral-focused film >> Gold Stampede and Strong World IMO.

Yet Kizaru didn’t care about shooting lasers that could blow up giant ass trees and buildings in Sabaody and Fujitora didn’t care about sending meteors down on Dressrosa? Uh-huh sure it was the civilians…
Fair but you gotta admit, Admirals and Navy got the short end of the stick on this one, what did they even do besides fodder become zombie meatshields for Uta? They just “let Uta girl with a dangerous power against the world go with a great pirate? What is the difference between starting a war and letting such a huge threat go with another huge threat?
