NGL, I prefer Artur's take on Green Bull so far too tbh.

Odas version seems so suddenly edgy and tryhard but Artur's is still playful and fun with hint of a a more savage, brutal side, which is the impression I got from him when Oda first "showed" him at Reverie ofc.

Oda's version of Green Bull atm fits the ideology of the WG perfectly, hes an even better soldier for them than Akainu is! Such a blind devotee (ironically especially since they have Fujitora who is literally blind ofc and Akainu their "loyal dog" hates the Celestials too)

I'll give Oda a chance although I fear he might be dumbing down/exaggerating Green Bull's character/personality too much here, he seems too much like a loyal dog/brute here, like a brainwashed puppet even. I hope its just him being aware of how the world really works, not delusional/stuck in fantasy alone, a brutal pragmatist/realist and hes just adapting to that.

I wonder though, does he actually know what the Celestials are like? How respulsive and heinous they are? And hes still so fond of and worshipping them seemingly?
I might need to re-read the chapter and examine his dialogue even further, especially maybe with the official translations too.
To be fair, thats what the Marines need right now

they already have Fujitora going wild, Aokiji maybe on the other side

and the Pirates and Revolutionaries are way too stacked with power right now

they needed a good powerful Admiral that has no chance of caring the for the enemy

that's why I hope there won't be Momo TnJ'd Ryokugyu
I much rather Akainu calling Ryokugyu for an emergency to stop the fight over this

Chances are, he may be fixating on the tagline specifically here with "there's always another way out", meaning they might come to some sort of arrangement or some kind of unexpected twist will happen.

Green Bull just used an attack involving summoning giant hands or turning his hands huge with his powers or whatever? So it might be referencing that too?

I remember over analysing a hint liek this before involving a movie poster with the plot of it too but it turned out to just be something to do with the title or on the poster itself? Lmao.

Man, not getting the Straw Hats bounties is pissing me off.

He really is gonna put that shit on a SBS or Vivre Card or something.
Definitely unfortunately. If he wanted to give us their bounties, he would have done when we saw the SN Trio get theirs.

It's extremely petty and greedy of Oda.
