Classic tactic. Say my opinion is irrelevant to you blah blah blah. The reality is that Oda follows a simple logic. Even if Shanks would lose to BB or just before him, he will lose after Kaido. Oda often follows the rule of the next strong character being above the latest one.

Cope how much you want. Kaido was never the strongest character in the series.

The real question is if the real spoils will match the reception of fake spoils

It's funny, a lot of fake spoilers seem more hype, because they are all about generating hype. It's easy to make a bunch of hype moments, it's stringing them together that's hard. I like some fake-spoilers better than real spoilers, but, you have to think about how what's happening will affect things later down.

Would Momo growing up and beating Green Bull be a crazy plot twist that draws a lot of attention and hype? Yeah. But, it would destroy the power-scaling of the series. I think the real spoilers will be very hype, myself. But, even if they end up great, a lot of people will call them mid.
