Fuck Uta , i don't give a shit about a retarded fake canon character who's only purpose is promoting the film , fuck you Oda , you sold your soul and story to Toei , you are fucking garbage , i hope the ending of One Piece is worse then Naruto and One Piece ending goes down as the worst ending in all of manga.
Honestly it would be kind of cool if Oda canonized and used all of the movie villains since Strong World.
Shiki and Bullet could be silver medalist pirates that play a role and similar goals to their films. Shiki escaped 24 years prior or whatever, Bullet was a Level 6 escapee when Blackbeard came through (literally a plotline in the film).
Tesoro is just part of the Underworld and helps characterize it (i.e. Doflamingo's replacement and its true ruler) and Zephyr still heads the "New Marines" hunting Pirates (just confirm Vegapunk made his arm and gave him the white pacifista). Uta could play a different role in the endgame with Shanks/Luffy
Obviously doubt it's happening, but it'd be a cool thought nonetheless, considering he keeps referencing Shiki especially, and now Uta.
