Yet Akainu was down and waited till wb died to come back up
You don't have actual panels that show:
1.) Akainu patiently waited until "the coast is clear".
2.) Whitebeard delivering the last blow which caused Akainu to go unconscious. A person who was knocked out would not have the neural capacity to scream "SHIROHIGEEEE" at the same time. It just doesn't work like that.
Hurting someone means nothing when you end up losing the battle
Um. Whitebeard lost the battle and war. What are you talking about?
The main objective was to
save and extract Ace out of there.
Not only was Whitebeard incapable of saving his own son but he also let his son died right in front of him.
Let's do a real life scenario so MAYBE you will better understand what I'm talking about.
Let's pretend that your daughter was kidnapped by some dude. You know where the kidnapper's location is and right now you are at his doorstep. You then decided to push him into his home and hurl insults at him. You demand that he releases your daughter but instead he grabs a kitchen knife and rams it into your daughter's heart. She is dead now. The door flings open and a brawl ensues between you two. You punched him several times and he falls onto the front lawn right in front of you. He then gets pissed off, dusts himself up, grabs a handgun, and blows half of your face clean off. Half of your bloody and ripped brain is exposed. Your death is now imminent. Time is ticking now. Then you decide to crack him right in the jaw with a right hook and now he is down with a massive dizzy headache. Then he stares right back into your soul chuckling. You then fall flat on your face and you perished.
So who reallllllllllllllllly won?
