I was thinking about it.


Of course Oda could came up with some excuse for It also.


But would be interesting to see how Totland is, as the Soul fruit seem to have some interesting features, like how BM was able to get It by eating Mother Carmel itself and not a fruit

That shit was obvious, since it made no sense to take Nami's PU away from here. Even tho, if BM is dead Zeus shouldn't be alive anymore. But that is the problem with this PU, BM was already old as heck, she shouldn't have much time left anyways, so Oda would have to take Nami's PU away again at some point anyways, but that didn't make sense, why to give her this PU in the first place. Since Oda most likely wouldn't do it, we end up with this...

I have to assume homies live after the soul they were once attached to dies because homies are their own living organisms. It’s like assuming the plants Ryokugyu created would die if he did.

Heck on wci, people can eat hormies which they ar e food like candy , so how stomach deal with hormies if hormies are eaten by people ?

Certain use of homies are effected by her conscience conditions. As for Zeus case:



It was implied that he lost his "soul" indicating that the "soul" is no longer under BM's control after severing him. So in a sense Zeus took advantage with the "disconnect" and reconnected his soul to Nami's Baton. Thus Zeus soul is no longer tied with Big Mom.

We'll have to wait and see if Big Mom is alive though because her death will factor a lot on how WCI will operate.

P.S. her unconscienced body did tank magma tho lol.

I think the Viz translation makes the context more clearer. It's gonna require Big Mom's soul manipulation to extract his soul again if he assumes Nami doesn't want him.

But then again.... Zeus is still using Big Mom's soul and only under a new medium via Nami's baton...

@MonsterKaido You might be right after all
