Indeed he changed the trajectory as for unconsciously seeing the future I don't know, could make sens since we know it can be done. My thoughts are that since zoro did something similar to monet, she also saw that zoro will cut her while in a frozen state then moved a bit, and zoro beeing traind by Mihawk it could have been the same technique.

I think it's just Oda misleading ppl unless it happens in the future and the freeze is an actual thing which could explain the admiral track record of freaking out abt CoC but for now, I dont buy it and write it off as GBs overreacting.

Ray's actually the first person to show a targeted CoC blast. No one has shown it since that day other than Shanks recently. Another reason why Rayleigh was probably just as efficient as Shanks is in CoC if not more.

I mean, GB wasn't frozen since he could still move and talk. What it implies for the furture is Luffy reaching or going beyond the level of COC Shanks showed. Rayleigh said COC can't be trained and depends on the user's willpower.
As far as COC affecting other people, Oda said even fodder can resist COC is they are strong willed enough, so it depends on the COC user to strengthen their potency(i.e. FI Luffy only knocking out 50k fodder when Shanks and Rayleigh can knock out all 100k).
To give an example of how potent Shanks' COC can be aside from managing to intimidate a top tier, Jinbe didn't give 2 shits about Big Mom(but Queen was scared shittless which shows personality types matter), but would probably shake at Shanks' COC. Shanks' COC could even make Jozu shiver slightly.

It’s obvious. Shanks is above Greenbull and arguably most admirals. Not saying it’s a walk in the park to defeat admiral for him, by a long shot. But the only thing keeping Sakazuki above the others is rank and devil fruit abilities offensively until a feat like that is shown. The admiral = Yonko debate is def leaning towards Yonko until the admirals display conquerors as well
