Unlike Lhawk, Kizaru actually has high top tier potential. He is Akainu's right hand man and can move at the speed of light. Also, its basically confirmed admiral>shichibukai as the admirals are the WG's strongest force.

The way I see it.
surpassing YC1s==> Zoro vs King
surpassing low top tiers==> Zoro vs Mihawk
surpassing high top tiers ==> Zoro vs Kizaru

Zoro vs Mihawk is surely going to come before the final war, as Buggy is a contender for pirate king.
